Change Team Coaching
Innate Leaders delivered a comprehensive Change Team Coaching programme for AGCO in both their Switzerland and Finland offices.
AGCO had been undergoing significant change for four years due to global implementation of SAP across all operational business functions. The project teams and the business groups had gone through challenging times and motivation and moral weren’t optimum.
Time wasn’t on their side because all the teams were under tight deadlines and AGCO felt getting the team out for training would be a real challenge.
As Elizabeth Bischoff, HR Business Partner puts it, “I needed someone that would provide an ‘instant cocktail’ that would address multiple issues: team building, change management and transformational leadership.”
Over three days, we worked with the leadership team in Switzerland and then ran a similar programme for the leadership team in Finland.
Because of some interpersonal difficulties within the team, and the lack of buy-in to lead the change, the programme was particularly challenging. Our interactive style and knowledge of the “soft skills” around change allowed Joe to create a change in the way leaders interacted with themselves which resulted in a leadership team willing and able to lead AGCO’s change project.
Summing up the programme, Elizabeth Bischoff remarked, “The Innate Leaders team knew their material and had a very structured course. They were lively and encouraged the group to interact with each other. I’m still amazed that they managed to get through such big topic areas in three days without slides and notes while making it so interesting at the same time.
