These consultations were effective and middle managers voiced many suggestions for change that would benefit the company as a whole.
Innate Leaders put forward two recommendations for creating a sustainable culture change at Sayer Vincent: refocusing at the Partner level and implementing key systems and processes voiced by the middle management level.
These recommendations were explored in depth in a series of two separate workshops: one at the partner level and another at the middle management level.
The function of these meetings was to introduce Innate Leaders’ recommendations and also to create buy-in for the roll out of changes that needed to take place. These series of meetings were successful and produced specific action plans for implementation.
While company-wide culture change can be slow, Sayer Vincent made significant shifts in its organizational business structure. One noticeable and sustainable change has been joint meetings of the Partner and Manager levels.
