What’s the Process?
Organizational consulting has to be different for each business. That’s why we never run the same program twice. Our responsive team coaching approach to organizational consulting involves a few distinct stages that evolve as our understanding of your team and business evolves:
Information gathering – we’ll take the time to understand your organizational challenge. This may involve one to one calls with key stakeholders and on-site visits. We’ll analyse the information we gain and share it with your senior team
Design – we’ll then design a series of interactive consulting sessions. In one to five interactive workshops we’ll work with your team to identify and design meaningful change solutions. These sessions will be spread over the implementation phase so we can continue to work with your team to build ownership and accountability of initiatives.
On-going support – we offer free on-going support after solutions are implemented to help embed consulting gains.
