The coronavirus pandemic is stretching us all. The cost in lives and livelihoods is a human tragedy. Right now we need to stick together and help each other.
We’re donating our services to help businesses adapt to the changing business reality. We’d like help leaders develop new ways of thinking to help reduce layoffs, maintain supply chains, and address their business challenges, so businesses and people are financially viable six months from now.
Save Companies, Protect People
According to the World Economic Forum, the global economy contracted 12% from January to March. The Statista website expects the UK to be in recession until mid-2021, while the US Labor Department reports a record 3.3m Americans filed for unemployment. Globally, the International Labour Organization is projecting the equivalent of 195 million jobs lost because of Covid-19.
In the face of these numbers, Joe Britto, founder of Innate Leaders says, “If we were medical professionals, we’d join the front-lines. If we were manufacturers we’d build ventilators or protective equipment. But we’re mindset consultants who specialize in uncertainty and change, so we want to help people by helping businesses minimize the impact of the approaching economic crisis. The goal is to keep businesses and people financially viable six months from now.” Because many businesses are struggling financially, we’re offering our help for free.
“Business is the engine of our society,” explains Joe. “We’re looking to do our bit and help companies save jobs, and alleviate financial stress. In doing so, we’re aiming to help reduce layoffs, maintain supply chains, and ensure customers get what they need so that we can all get back on our feet.”
How it Works
If you’re a business who is struggling financially to adjust to the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re here to help. If you’d like help developing a mid-term strategy to right your ship, or rethink how you do business, we’re here for free to help you do that.
We’ll offer our expertise via video-conferencing to help leaders push the boundaries of their thinking and come up with meaningful ideas to sustain and adapt their business. This isn’t a one-off “taster session” for a paid program waiting in the wings. This work is genuinely being offered for free.
